Kura celebrates 5 years partnering with NetJets in sourcing new Aircrew
Embarking upon a new business relationship is always daunting and joining forces with NetJets – THE worldwide leader in private aviation – in 2018 was certainly that! Five years on, 6 recruitment campaigns later we have identified over 300 new First Officers and Cabin Crew. Fulfilling NetJets Growth Plans was quite an achievement in 2020 and 2021 given the worldwide pandemic and lockdowns across Europe. We were also privileged to be asked to support NetJets in the recruitment of Management Positions within Flight Operations. In March 2023 we renewed our partnership and in just a few days’ time, we will open applications once again for another 50 new First Officers. What makes this relationship so enjoyable is a shared vision to create a recruitment process in which every candidate is made to feel valued. Significant effort is made by both NetJets and Kura, at each stage of the process, to ensure each candidate is treated as an individual. Feedback is offered to all candidates who are unsuccessful in the final stages of the process and general feedback is provided too. This approach reflects the strong emphasis NetJets place on looking after their crews and, of course, their Owners too! We look forward to continuing to grow our relationship with NetJets in 2023 and beyond.
